I always keep coming back to this fundamental question- where is the hope if, as all honest plausible  ecological  humanitarian science reveals and Exxon and other companies pathologically knew for decades, that manmade pollutants are creating an unsustainable planet Earth, perhaps by 2030, maybe even earlier....and the answer is always this-consciousness is the substance of the universe,not matter. Around me, I will see examples of that-of course in quantum physics, but also in testimonials like this- Anita Moorjani's story ...we are not sustained by materialism-it is transient, full of births and rebirths, but we are sustained by knowing we are simply part of something we cannot control, a greater consciousness than we can comprehend-that only exists in a place free from selfishness and separatistness, which is transient and destructive...here is her story of awareness through near death...
