""All of our tools were suggesting a hurricane, but not a strong hurricane," says Chris Landsea, the science and operations officer for the National Hurricane Center. And Matthew started out small. But over 24 hours, it grew in strength. "We had no clue that it was going to become Category 5, or a Category 4."

This article is concerned with civil unrest due to a lack of water and electricity in flooded North Carolina...yet, despite this catastrophe for the people of NC, and that this hurricane rapidly formed-unpredicably and abruptly- still is a minor news story and minor mention in the Presidential debates. It is almost as if there are 2 realities now- this horrible facade of 'make American great again' and 'america is great' versus natural chaos in real time.
