a glimpse of the future....sea rise flooding in Rhode Island...which are being called the high tides of the year, but remember that all it takes for Miami, Fl to flood is a full moon...call it what you will-it is sea rise due to global warming. There is no such thing as 'extreme high tide' or 'nuisance flooding'. As long as the public buys into such nonsense terms to deflect from reality, reality will not be faced.
